SKS A.K.A CHOPPA After I came back from my weekend birthday trip to Athens, Ohio. On Tuesday, October 16th I went to Teague's Pawn Shop located on South Cherry Rd. right across the street from the Rock Hill stadium. I had just turned 21 on Sunday, October 14th. My six hour drive was definitely a step towards being completely legal for me. But, for some reason when I woke up in that morning the first thing I wanted to do was go buy myself a gun. I'm not sure why I was so determined to have a gun so quickly after my 21st birthday but I knew it had to happen. I walked in and within ten minutes of being inside the store I knew what I wanted. It was an all black SKS that shoots 7.62*39mm bullets. I was in love from the moment I saw CHOPPA. That was the name I gave my gun. It came with a thirty round clip (drum). I took CHOPPA out the same day to let her empty the drum. It was quite the rush to think that I actually owned and was shooting the same gun that some entertainers talk about in their songs. After I bought my gun the next weekend was going to be my grandmother's birthday and I cannot wait to tell you about that in my next blog.
